Access Issues After Payment
Follow these steps to resolve your access issue
1 Check Your Email
Your login password has been automatically generated and sent to the email address registered with us. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email.
2 Reset Your Password
You may also reset your password if you cannot locate the email.
3 Access Your Account
After login, please click “My Account” to access your premium content.
PayPal Users: If you chose PayPal as your payment method, please note that it might take a bit longer as the PayPal API takes longer than Stripe to transfer the payment confirmation data to us. If access is not granted after 30 minutes, please drop us an email and we will activate the access for you manually.
