Access Issues & Help
Follow these steps to resolve any access issues with your premium account.

Check Your Email
After payment, you should have received a confirmation email from CMFASExam with your account details.
- Check your inbox for an email from CMFASExam or Stripe.
- Check your spam/junk folder — sometimes confirmation emails end up there.
- If you paid with a different email, check that email account instead.

Reset Your Password
If you can't log in, try resetting your password using your registered email address.
- Go to the Forgot Password page.
- Enter the email address you used during checkout.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link.
- Create a new password and log in.

Access Your Account
Once you've confirmed your email and password, you can access your premium content.
- Go to the Login page and enter your credentials.
- Navigate to any practice test page — your premium content will be unlocked.
- If you still see "Free" content only, try logging out and back in.
Important Note
If you paid via a different payment method or used a different email during checkout, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your payment receipt and we will activate your account manually.
