Follow these steps to resolve any access issues with your premium account.

Check Your Email

After payment, you should have received a confirmation email from CMFASExam with your account details.

  1. Check your inbox for an email from CMFASExam or Stripe.
  2. Check your spam/junk folder — sometimes confirmation emails end up there.
  3. If you paid with a different email, check that email account instead.

Reset Your Password

If you can't log in, try resetting your password using your registered email address.

  1. Go to the Forgot Password page.
  2. Enter the email address you used during checkout.
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset link.
  4. Create a new password and log in.

Access Your Account

Once you've confirmed your email and password, you can access your premium content.

  1. Go to the Login page and enter your credentials.
  2. Navigate to any practice test page — your premium content will be unlocked.
  3. If you still see "Free" content only, try logging out and back in.

Important Note

If you paid via a different payment method or used a different email during checkout, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your payment receipt and we will activate your account manually.
